So… every year, every month, every day, every moment I’m always talking about living a healthier lifestyle. What does this mean? Well… I LOVE salty fried food. It’s my weakness, but I’m well aware that this is a ridiculous diet and I should probably curb my cravings to just once a month. Starting October 2012 I began working out seriously and in January 2013 I even got a personal trainer! (woot woot!) One the biggest changes I’ve made to my diet is having oatmeal with fruit in the morning for breakfast. I add a hint of sugar or honey and some cinnamon for flavoring. Try and enjoy! It actually helps with my cravings as well since it’s so filling.
