Who said you can’t cheat when having your salad? Below is the recipe for one of my favorite dressings. It’s quick and easy to make and makes every salad DELICIOUS!
- Balsamic vinegar
- Brown Sugar
- Dijon mustard
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Dice garlic up very finely
- Place balsamic vinegar in a small mixing bowl and add garlic, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, honey, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Wisc all of the ingredients together while adding the extra virgin olive oil. Taste the dressing to make sure that you have the right balance of sweetness and acidity. Adjust flavor to taste. Place the vinaigrette in the refrigerator and serve chilled. Enjoy!
I love the combination of balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard! I usually just mix the two together with a little plain yogurt and dried onion flakes. Yours sounds great with the honey too!
